Rewiring a house is the process of replacing some or all of the electrical components of your home such as your consumer unit, sockets and circuits and are carried out when the electrical installation becomes unsafe or not fit for purpose, usually due to age.
A rewire is a complex job and needs to be carried out to BS 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, therefore it should be completed by a Registered Competent Person such as an NICEIC approved electrician.

We are fully qualified to Part P of the building regulations, therefore we are permitted to certify our own rewires, so a visit from the Building Inspector will not be needed as we will notify Building Control who will send you a Certificate of Compliance at no extra cost to you.
